Chairman's message
I am very glad to announce that now onwards there will be specail teaching about web designing and programming stuff, which it totally a free of cost specifically for tibetans in exile.
Our main objective behind that is to improve and develop the concept and skill of web desinging and understanding how internet works. which is very essential for we tibetans to know about.
Thus under the guidence of Programmer James Walker, We the students of him has formed a new group of team who have well skill in desinging and well knowledge on web and writing programs.
So whoever is intrested in knowing about all these things. don't hesitate to contact us.
